Paella is a great way to cater for your next dinner party, celebration or corporate event. All Paellas are made fresh at the party, using only the finest ingredients. It's a real community feeling where your guests can enjoy watching their meal being cooked, before eating together. We cater for small gatherings and dinner parties but also for larger events for up to 200 people!

Valenciana

Valencia is thought to be the birthplace of Paella. A farmers dish made with whatever was available at the time. Rabbit was a readily available meat and is still extremely popular in Spain today. Along with rabbit and the usual Paella base, I add chicken thighs, green beans and butter beans. Fantástico!

Pollo y Chorizo

Probably the most popular Paella here in the UK, and for good reason! I use a Semi-Cured Chorizo heavily seasoned with Pimenton which flavours the entire dish beautifully. Succulent chicken thighs accompany the chorizo perfectly, along with red peppers and the usual Paella base.

De Marisco

Seafood Paella is eaten all over Spain, especially coastal areas where fresh seafood is in abundance! But we can also get hold of some wonderful, fresh seafood here in the UK. Red peppers and petit pois are added to the usual Paella base, along with squid, mussels and prawns.

De Verde

This vegetarian option is just as popular as the others and is eaten all over Spain. Roasted peppers and courgette add a depth of flavour to the dish which are added to the usual paella base with some green beans, artichoke hearts and butter beans. If asparagus is in season, i'll add some of that too!

Sides & extras

A simple salad and fresh bread is served alongside the Paella and is included in the price.

Pintxos

Pintxos, (Pinchos) is a finger style food, often served on cocktail sticks and include a mixture of bread, vegetables, meat, cheese and fish.

Steamed mussels in saffron & white wine, Gambas a la plancha, (grilled prawns) and Pescado frito, (a selection of fried fish).
