I can act as a general consultant to help you with the Food & Beverage elements of the business. From sourcing the best suppliers, to menu creation and recruitment, I've got you covered. Alternatively, there are specific activities I can undertake which involves a more "hands-on" approach;

Kitchen takeovers
The kitchen takeover is a great way to introduce, or re-introduce a food offering into your venue. Pop-up's are increasingly popular and are a great way of getting customers through the door. Aside from cooking some great food myself, I can help with everything, from kitchen setup to sourcing the best chefs and operators out there.

Having a mystery diner come in to your venue is a great way for you to have some "fresh eyes" observe the daily operation. I'll come and dine as a regular guest and then provide you with a comprehensive feedback report detailing everything from the quality of food, service, and general cleanliness, to the the overall atmosphere and experience.
